MetiNews.Com - The 23-year-old made his debut for Kilmarnock yesterday
Breaking News ! Sheffield United goalkeeper Jake Eastwood was forced off injured at half-time during his debut for current club Kilmarnock. Eastwood joined Scottish Premiership side Kilmarnock on a six-month loan deal earlier this week and made his debut for his temporary club yesterday during Killie’s 2-1 defeat to Hibernian. The 23-year-old started the match, where Kilmarnock found themselves 2-0 down after 34 minutes, with Martin Boyle getting on the scoresheet twice for the hosts. Eastwood’s new side had bought it back to 2-1 before the break after Chris Burke smashed in a 30-yard free-kick. At the break, Eastwood was replaced on his debut and despite being unable to prevent his side from conceding twice in the first half, his omission was due to injury.

"Jake Eastwood [who came off at half-time] was injured,” Dyer told BBC Sport. “He pulled his quad and I had to change him. If he wasn't injured, he would have stayed on the pitch. I've got no worries with him."
