Every year, August 1 represents a chance to take stock of all the incredible things Yorkshire has to offer - from its beautiful scenery, stunning coastlines and vital historical importance to the UK. A number of people have already shown their support on social media for God's Own County - and now the PM has penned a short tweet to Yorkshire too. Mr Johnson tweeted this afternoon (Saturday) to say: "Yorkshire - the home of Yorkshire tea, the beautiful Yorkshire Dales and some of the friendliest people in the UK.
