Police say an 18-year-old man was bundled into the back of a car in Halliwell Road, at about 12.35pm on Tuesday (February 23). But while officers rushed to the scene, the victim presented at a police station with serious injuries. A 22-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of kidnap, grievous bodily harm, possession with intent to supply class B drugs, and money laundering.
