Breaking News ! A woman has been mum-shamed after serving her children a ' healthy ' meal of sausage, mash and tinned spaghetti. The woman posted a picture of a meal she had prepared for her children, aged eight and 14 on to the Feeding a Family on £1 a day Facebook page in what seemed to be an attempt to show solidarity to fellow mums who struggle to get their kids to eat vegetables. She said: "Kids tea they don't always need veg to be healthy portions for a 14 and 8-year-old."
