Breaking News ! Resident in a Falkirk housing estate have hit out at the local authority after they were told they'd have to pay to replace bins which were deliberately set on fire. The blaze broke out near a block of flats on Windsor Crescent in Maddiston at around 12:30am on Wednesday April, 7. Around 40 household waste bins were torched, leaving flames and smoke flying into the air.
