Breaking News ! Next Monday (May 17) marks the first day that pubs and restaurants in England can serve customers indoors again, allowing many more hospitality businesses to reopen their doors. Marking the third step of the roadmap out of lockdown, next Monday will also see the return of holidays abroad and the reopening entertainment venues such as cinemas. Additionally, the limit for outdoor socialising will rise from six people or two households to a maximum gathering of 30 people. The reopening of indoor hospitality will come as a relief to many publicans, especially those with limited or no outside areas. Many chain and independent venues are preparing for Monday, which will see plenty more pubs open and welcome customers again.
