Breaking News ! A Glasgow scaffolding firm has been caught up in an early morning gun attack in Tollcross. The 28-year-old and the 55-year-old were rushed to Glasgow Royal Infirmary where they were treated for injuries. Both victims have since been released from hospital. . The Daily Record spoke to City Scaffolding boss Gary Milne this morning but he declined to comment. We told how terrified locals reported hearing a 'loud bang' at the time of the shooting which is being probed. One local said they heard 'two loud bangs' and then police swarmed the scene. Another reported a 'van was shot at' while parked near a shop. Detective Chief Inspector Peter Sharp at Greater Glasgow CID said yesterday:"This was a completely dangerous and reckless act which resulted in two men receiving medical treatment. “We are still trying to establish a motive for this incident and a team of officers are conducting CCTV and local enquires to try and gain further information and identify the person or persons involved. "There is an increased police presence in the area and I urge anyone with information or any concerns to speak to the officers who will be happy to assist.
