The incidents happened on Little Denny Road, Denny, and at Falkirk Police Station, on September 29th, 2020. Solicitor-advocate Martin Morrow, for Henderson, said: "The police were going to deal with another incident involving a number of females. She was the first female they saw and they stopped and spoke to her about it, and things got out of hand. "She apologises that her behaviour was entirely inappropriate."

Jailing Henderson for six months, Sheriff Derek Livingston said: "This was spitting on a police officer last September when we were bang in the middle of this Covid epidemic. I consider I have absolutely no alternative but to impose a custodial disposal." Henderson showed no emotion as she was led to the cells.
