The Royal Horticulture Society (RHS) will be opening its much-anticipated new garden on the former site of Worsley New Hall on May 18, and you can book now to be one of the first to visit. The spectacular grounds were originally set to launch last year but the RHS had to delay due to Coronavirus. Now there's no better way to celebrate coming out of lockdown than a visit to its colourful and inspirational outdoor setting. Whether it's family adventures or meet ups with mates you're looking forward to, RHS Garden Bridgewater provides the perfect environment for taking advantage of life going back to normal. Open all year round, the garden will initially operate on a bookings-only basis to avoid overcrowding, but will give visitors the chance to see it at the start of its journey and watch it grow through the through the seasons and years to come. The garden features an 11-acre Weston Walled Garden - one of the largest walled gardens in the UK - as well as The Worsley Welcome Garden; a glorious space filled with rustling grasses and beehive shaped tree topiary. The new garden on the former site of Worsley New Hall opens on May 18 You can relax and reflect in the Paradise Garden, which blends Mediterranean and Asiatic planting, a tranquil lily pond and Victorian-style glasshouses, and discover the beginnings of the Chinese Streamside Garden - a unique fusion of Chinese and British horticulture that embraces seven acres of native woodland.
