Breaking News ! Sheffield Wednesday are still in within a fighting chance of retaining their Championship status. Rotherham United missed the opportunity to climb out of the relegation zone following a tense goalless draw at Luton Town tonight. The result moves the Millers to within two points of fourth-from-bottom Derby County. But Paul Warne's side will now need to win at Cardiff City on Saturday and hope the Rams fail to beat Wednesday at Pride Park to finish outside of the drop zone. It leaves the scrap for survival delicately poised going into the final-day Here's how the fans of Derby and Wednesday responded to the result at Kenilworth Road. Sheffield Wednesday fans: @SheffWedWOTMT: "#SWFC have made it to the final day, somehow. Can't be confident about anything positive given how we have played. But, we will be investing our emotional energy again on Saturday. If the players invest the same amount of energy and commitment as fans do they have a chance." @Jamesreaney92: "Get Gary Megson in that dressing room on Saturday, delivering a Mike Bassettesc speech... Get the lads actually up for the game first time this season." @Roemeister86: "I’m not so sure can trust Moore to get team selection and tactics right for Saturday we’ve simply got to go and take game to derby sit back and we lose." @RobMoody60: "Bizarre as it seems a draw tonight was the best result for #swfc If Rotherham had lost Derby could have stayed up with a draw on Saturday. Now they have to win in case Rotherham win so that should make it a more open game." @WednesdayRetro: "If DM picks the same team and tactics as we played Forest then we are doomed.

.Hand on heart don’t think we will win v Derby." #swfc @dave_swfc1: "We can stay up but we can also finish bottom." @ChrisBramms: "If we go down, I'd prefer Derby to come down with us. Rotherham will be better equipped than both of us, in League 1. But it won't come to that. We'll stay up." Win or lose though our chairman has been a disgrace. That's the only thing that won't change #swfc Derby County fans @meikleee03: "Don’t think I’m ready for Saturday, what a difference a couple of years can make - 1 minute we’re at Wembley going for the Prem, next minute we’re fighting to stay in the championship #dcfc @Rik_JP1884: "Absolutely vile for us, but Saturday is pretty exciting for a neutral, it's literally a 3 way winner takes all. It's going to be a long rest of the week and an even longer 90 minutes on Saturday. #DCFC # rufc#swfc Read More Related Articles Dejphon Chansiri, Josh Windass, Derby County and your Sheffield Wednesday questions answered Read More Related Articles 'It's similar to Derby County' - Keith Andrews slams Sheffield Wednesday owner Dejphon Chansiri @CheBaronay: "Surely the #dcfc players need no more motivation than knowing survival is in their own hands. Have won one game in 10, and still they go into the last game with a chance of staying up because of how awful both Derby and Sheffield Wednesday are. #DCFC#SWFC #RUFC" Read More Related Articles Sheffield Wednesday's last hope is to equal a Championship record no club wants to hold Read More Related Articles Sheffield Wednesday and Huddersfield Town's alarming squad positions show major surgery needed
