That is according to transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, who reports his belief that while he expects Dybala to depart in the summer if a new contract is not signed, Chelsea are not interested in a deal. "Someone is asking me about Dybala because he is not extending at the moment his contract with Juventus, so there is nothing decided, but if he doesn’t extend his contract with Juventus before the summer, I think he will leave Juventus," Romano said on his Here We Go podcast. "I want to say that Chelsea have not made any contact with Dybala or his agent. They want to defend players like Havertz or Hakim Ziyech. They are happy with them. "Obviously, they need time to be at their best level, in particular Havertz needs time, he’s so young, but they spend like €100m on Havertz, so they don’t want to say after one year we’ll go with Dybala and Havertz will sit on the bench, so at the moment there is nothing between Chelsea and Dybala." Gilmour made his return from a torn meniscus in November and started in the Blues' 4-0 win over Morecambe in the FA Cup at the weekend. Linked with a move to Napoli, Lampard expressed his faith in the young midfielder, tipping him for the very top. "I’m delighted to have Billy ready to go," he said in a recent interview, as cited by The Herald. "He is going to be a huge player for this club. He’s young and, like all the youth I talk about in the squad, we need to give him time, but his talent is huge and I’m really happy with where he is. "Billy is pushing and has been pushing since he made his breakthrough last season against top-level opposition, Liverpool. He played brilliantly then, got man of the match and reproduced that against Everton, but then his injury came pretty soon after that.
. "His attitude in rehab was exactly what I expected – that was great to see. Billy did everything right, kept himself fit and came straight back in."

AC Milan approve of Tomori AC Milan approve of a loan deal for Fikayo Tomori as they seek out a more prepared centre-back option in the transfer market, per Gianluca Di Marzio for Sky via MilanNews. Milan had been chasing 20-year-old centre-back Mohamed Simakan of Strasbourg. However, Strasbourg confirmed this week that Simakan will undergo an arthroscopy and will miss around two months. Tomori had reportedly been viewed as an alternative target to Simakan, and with Milan wanting a more immediate solution at the position, the 23-year-old proposed loan has been given the go-ahead by the Serie A side. Tomori has made just one Premier League appearance this season, and while he is still believed to be a part of Lampard's long-term plans, is expected to depart this month in search of more regular gametime.
