Breaking News ! Hello, and welcome to football.london 's live coverage of Roy Hodgson's post-match press conference following Crystal Palace's 3-2 win over Aston Villa at Selhurst Park. Hodgson made five changes to the Palace squad after the defeat against Southampton, with Jack Butland starting in goal, Gary Cahill coming back in at centre-back, James McCarthy and Jeff Schlupp starting in midfield and Andros Townsend starting on the right wing. Aston Villa took the lead through a John McGinn effort in the first half before Christian Benteke squared it up with a header against his old club. Villa took the lead again shortly after through Anwar El Ghazi, before Palace got two late goals through Wilfried Zaha and Tyrick Mitchell to claim all three points. You can follow everything the manager has to say below.14:23Joe DoyleNeed to improve to stop that? No. In December everyone was talking about how good we are at holding leads, you can't have it both ways all the time.14:22Joe DoyleWorrying pattern of not holding onto leads? No, not at all. Three of the games were three of the best teams in the land.14:22Joe DoylePlayersThey're annoyed, frustrated. They feel it was a game we should have won.14:21Joe DoyleTyrone Mings - missed his leadership?Possibly in the second half. Thought Kourtney was excellent in the first half, but he hasn't played a lot of football. He's a very good player, has proven that time and time again.14:21Joe DoyleMatt CashYeah, he'll be out for the last games of the season. Not bad as before, but enough to rule him out for a week.14:20Joe DoyleMaking a change at 2-2?Yeah. We looked at the midfield area, thought they were doing ok.

.10.Unfortunately when we were making a change to go 4-4-2, they got a third.14:20Joe DoyleSum up the season?Yeah, certainly the last month or two. Been better on the ball, were really good on the ball in the first half.We know their strengths - getting it into Benteke in the box, Zaha down the side, and we never dealt with that well enough in the second half.14:19Joe DoyleJack GrealishNo comment on the England squad, I don't pick that. Will he be fit enough? Yes. Building him up, he'll be fit for the Euros but I don't pick the squad.14:18Joe DoyleDisappointed after first half?Yeah, bitterly. Annoyed as well. Came in at half-time thinking it was a strong performance. Caused lots of problems.Second half they pressed a lot better and we couldn't have the same quality on the ball.14:17Joe DoyleDean Smith is hereHere we go.14:11Joe DoylePlayer RatingsWhat a comeback from Roy Hodgson's side. Here's how we rated the players.Tyrick Mitchell celebrates after scoring against Aston Villa (Image: MIKE HEWITT/POOL/AFP via Getty Images)Joe DoyleGood afternoon!Hello, and welcome to football.london's live coverage of Roy Hodgson's post-match press conference following Crystal Palace's 3-2 win over Aston Villa at Selhurst Park.
