Breaking News ! Police have launched a joint investigation with the fire service after a blaze involving two cars in Tameside. Turner Lane in Ashton-under-Lyne was cordoned off throughout most of the day on Sunday following the fire. Officers were first called to a premises on the road at about 2pm today (Sunday), a GMP spokeswoman said. On arrival, they found firefighters tackling 'two vehicle fires'. Photos from the scene on Sunday showed part of a building was scorched from smoke damage.
