Breaking News ! Manchester United insist there is nothing in reports from Portugal that Wolves striker Raul Jimenez is 'on the way' to the club this summer. Reports this week had suggested the impressive forward was close to signing for United, but MEN Sport understand the reports are inaccurate and the 29-year-old is not close to joining. Meanwhile, United are relaxed about their pursuit of Jadon Sancho amid attempts by Borussia Dortmund to pressurise them into making an early bid. A report in Germany this week claimed United submitted a £90million offer for priority target Sancho, but the club denied any bid had been made on the first day of the summer transfer window and Dortmund figures have privately admitted the same. The MEN understands United believe Dortmund are attempting to arouse interest in Sancho from other clubs to accelerate a deal before their pre-season fixtures start. This is a great set-up, a great club, a great manager, and he does not need to go.“Of course, he wants to win medals, but he can do that at Wolves. Sooner rather than later, too.“At his age, you could look at it as a chance to earn a big move on big money, but I think we can match his ambitions, and finances are not a problem either."Raul Jimenez of Wolverhampton Wanderers18:51Joe BrayInter reveal how much they paid for Utd menInter Milan have confirmed they spent a club record €74million to sign Romelu Lukaku from Manchester United.United haggled over a deal for Lukaku throughout last summer but sold the Belgian striker last August after he failed to appear during their pre-season tour of Australia and Asia before going AWOL.At the time, it emerged United had accepted a bid worth up to £73.9m but Inter's accounts have disclosed the figure was €74.162 - around £66.75m.United were holding out for £80m for Lukaku as they were reluctant to take a hit on the £75m they paid Everton for him in 2017. I’d never seen a two-metres tall player before. He played for Liverpool and we played them in a cup game at Anfield. I was thinking ‘Wow, what can I do today with this guy’."Then I saw Bellamy next to him, not a great player on the ball but very, very fast. He would run into space, Crouch would jump into the air. I’d never seen football played like this."Vidic then named Didier Drogba, Sergio Aguero and Luis Suarez as the other forwards who gave him the toughest games:“[Drogba] was a very clever player who would get into the brain of the defenders. He was strong, but he was always thinking ahead. He would think, ‘If the defender pushes me now I will go down’ or ‘Next time I will go strong’.“I’m convinced that Aguero was born as a defender. He knows where the ball will come and where he can attack. I played against him when they beat us 4-1 in the Moyes season.“[Suarez is] an energetic player. He’s different from Aguero who doesn’t run for 90 minutes - he’s a player who uses instinct. Everything is done in bursts. I don’t think he knows exactly what he’s doing but he succeeds."Drogba scored an FA Cup final winner against United16:29Joe BrayMatic targets the titleNemanja Matic has told Inside United that he wants the club to be challenging for the Premier League title next season. He said:"Me, personally, I would like to win the Premier League with Manchester United. What I like about him is, when he gets into those areas for the final ball, he doesn't panic, which is what a lot of wide players sometimes do."He picks out the right pass and is someone who can counter-attack if we're going to play that but also, if a team sits back, he can beat players and make things happen."Two signings that may be available and, if they are and we're able to get them, then I would go and get them."Ryan Giggs (Image: Webby & O’Neill YouTube channel)14:22Ole Gunnar Solskjaer 'phoned' Victor Osimhen prior to Napoli transferOle Gunnar Solskjaer spoke with Victor Osimhen prior to his Napoli transfer, according to reports in France. For me, looking on the outside, he looks like he’s got the mentality to come to this place and it not bother him.“Certain players can get overawed but I don’t think it would overawe him.
