Breaking News ! A Waitrose store in Stockport has undergone a deep clean after a number of staff members tested positive for coronavirus. Everyone affected is now self-isolating following the outbreak at the supermarket on Station Rd, Cheadle Hulme. Bosses are working with the local health authority to take all appropriate measures, a spokesman said in a statement. They did not confirm how many members of staff have tested positive.

"We've carried out a full deep clean of our Cheadle store after a number of Partners working there testing positive for Covid-19. "All affected Partners are now self isolating and we are working with the local health authority to take all appropriate measures."
