Breaking News ! London knows how to do Indian food. Especially Brick Lane, which is home to some of the finest curry houses in the world. Walking down the bohemian East London street, I realised that I never make the most of the fact I have all these curry options on my doorstep. Yes, I confess, I’m that guy who always orders a korma, maybe even a tikka masala if I’m feeling more exotic. The milder the merrier is my mantra. I normally look at the people - usually the toxic masculine of the group - ordering the spiciest dish and think, what an idiot. But then it occurred to me that with all the Indian restaurants in London, there must be some extreme dishes on offer in the capital.
