. Trevor Elliot MBE, 29, has seen the number of foster carer workers fall sick with Covid, with others having to isolate, sky rocket in the past four weeks. This has meant the staff who can work are having to be available for ridiculously long shifts and there is also the issue of what happens with children who go missing - when they return is it safe for them to be in a children's home if they've potentially got coronavirus while away? Half of the staff at Ladywell Children’s Home, in Lewisham, and other homes in South London have had to isolate or drop out due to coronavirus.
