A Merseyside teenager murdered in the Manchester Arena bombing was blossoming into a beautiful young woman, the public inquiry into the terror attack was told Megan Hurley, 15, from Halewood, Liverpool, was described as "the sweetest soul" and a "ray of sunshine", who missed out the "grumpy teenage years" and was a joy to her family and friends, the hearing was told.
