Breaking News ! Good Morning Britain's Dr Hilary Jones said a second coronavirus wave is 'inevitable', as he warned Brits not to become complacent. A regional flare-up of coronavirus cases means Leicester will not emerge from parts of lockdown as swiftly as the rest of England. As pubs, restaurants and cafes get ready to reopen across the country from Saturday, residents in Leicester have been told to stay at home, with schools and shops to shut this week. Speaking about the latest update, GMB's resident doctor, Dr Hilary said Leicester's lockdown was a sign of the second wave. "We've seen SARS in recent years, there was swine flu, avian flu and none of them really touched the UK in a significant way.
. "We didn't take it seriously enough, people carried on living normally and then suddenly we had this upsurge in case and many deaths."
