The Yorkshire giants held talks over a deal for the left-back, 20, last summer but could not agree terms. Now Liverpool have given the green light to Larouci leaving in the January window after failing to tie him to a new contract. A recruitment source has told Football Insider that the club have offered the Algerian-born youngster fresh terms but he has knocked them back. With his contract due to expire in the summer, the Merseysiders would prefer to secure a cut-price fee for him this month than lose him for nothing.

In addition to Leeds, Brentford and Norwich City have also been keeping close tabs on Larouci.
The youngster joined Liverpool from French club Le Havre in 2017 as a winger, before switching to left-back.
He made his first-team debut in the FA Cup third-round victory over Everton in January of last year and has two senior appearances in total.
