Breaking News ! A man whose body was found at an address near Redruth has been named. Officers from Devon and Cornwall Police were called to reports of a concern for the welfare of a man at an address in Scorrier, near Redruth, on the afternoon of October 14. People travelling through the village at the time reported seeing several police cars and ambulances at a residential estate near to the Scorrier filling station. Sadly, a 29-year-old man was pronounced dead upon the officers' arrival. He was identified as Tyler Richard Jeffery, from Scorrier, and his next of kin were informed.

An inquest into the death was opened and adjourned at Cornwall Coroner's Court on October 21. A full inquest will be held at a later date to establish the circumstances.
