Breaking News ! A man has suffered potentially life-threatening injuries following a crash on the A39 near Wadebridge. The two-vehicle crash occurred on the stretch of the road between Padstow and Bodmin on Friday (May 14) at 8.40am. The incident involved a black Jeep Renegade and a silver Renault Scenic. In an update today, police said the driver of the Jeep and the occupants of the Renault, which included the driver and three children, were taken to Treliske Hospital by ambulance. The driver of the Jeep suffered potentially life-threatening injuries.

. Police are appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage of the crash. A spokesman for Devon and Cornwall Police said: "Witnesses of the collision, or anyone in the area prior to the collision with dashcam footage which may have captured either vehicle involved, are asked to contact police on 101 or via email at 101@dc.police.uk quoting log 153, 14/5/21."
