Breaking News ! A man has been arrested after a car flipped over on the M56 in Cheshire. North West Motorway Police released a picture showing the aftermath of the crash on the motorway near Runcorn. The mangled car landed on its roof and was left completely crumpled, with glass and car debris thrown across the carriageway. . In their tweet they said: "MO18 has been dealing with this RTC on the M56 near Runcorn. " Both occupants uninjured, but the driver was drunk with a lowest reading of 41 in custody." The passenger has also been arrested as he was wanted by Surrey Police."
