Cheshire Police said the man was arrested at the Bankside, Warrington store on Saturday for an allegation of theft and threats towards staff with a needle. A spokesperson for Warrington Police said the threats were a breach of the man's criminal behaviour order. This order includes not to cause harassment, alarm or distress to anyone in Cheshire. Police added that the man was also wanted on a recall to prison.
