Breaking News ! We now have a series of dates that will get us (gradually) closer to the kind of lives we lived before any of us had heard the word 'coronavirus'. Prime Minister Boris Johnson outlined his calendar of dates that - if all goes according to plan - could see restrictions on our lives lifted over the next four months. With vaccinations being rolled out, there are hopes that by Monday, June 21 the limits on our lives will have been removed. Below, is the full Government list of what will be unlocked throughout the four stages - as well as the earliest dates the changes would come into force. Step one March 8 Schools and colleges are open for all students. Practical Higher Education Courses. Recreation or exercise outdoors with household or one other preson. No international holidays. Event pilots begin Step 3 At least five weeks after Step 2, no earlier than May 17 Indoor entertainment and attractions 30 person limit outdoors. Rule of six or two households indoors (subject to review) Domestic overnight stays Organised indoor adult sport Most significant life events (30) Remaining outdoor entertainment (including performances) Remaining accommodation International travel - subject to review Some large events (except for pilots) - capacity limits apply.
