Fulham have replaced Aston Villa as Spurs' opponents tonight after a coronavirus outbreak at Bodymoor Heath forced them to postpone their scheduled clash with Jose Mourinho's side. Villa's game against Everton on Sunday, which was pushed back from Saturday evening to noon the following day, is also in doubt with the club's Bodymoor training centre still closed.
