Breaking News ! Police have released footage of a man they want to trace as part of their investigations into a potential gardening con in Solihull. The occupants of a house in Lyndon Road claim they were conned out of £80 after a 'promise of completing work to their garden was made'. It happened just before 1pm on Thursday July 23. Solihull Police have released this footage from a video doorbell, which they have gathered as part of their inquiries into the resident's complaint. Police have released footage showing a man they want to trace (Image: West Midlands Police) It shows a man ringing the doorbell and then talking to the occupants.

. Solihull Police said: "Do you recognise this man? "We want to speak to him after occupants of a house on Lyndon Road, Solihull, were conned out of £80 after a promise of completing garden work was made just before 1pm on Thursday 23 July." They said anyone with information is information is asked to contact police via its online Live Chat facility between 8am and midnight, or by calling101 anytime. Information can also be given anonymously via Crimestopper on 0800 555 111. Anyone calling with information is asked to quote crime reference 20SH/175010D/20.
