Many were left unable to make any purchases after queuing for around two hours to get onto the website. A third fumed: "I'm not going to waste any more time - keep trying isn't a great message. You give out timed slots so you should know how many people are going to log in." "I didn’t realise VIP stood for Virtually Impossible to Purchase! #nextsale#nextvipsale " another raged.
"You promised those who had their orders cancelled priority VIP slots. And you didn’t. Your customer service is shocking," another wrote. While a fellow shopper fumed: "Next you are a joke, can’t organise anything"
