Breaking News ! Heartbreaking tributes have been paid to a teenager who died following a horror crash in Kingswinford. Nathan Cartwright was left critically injured when a yellow Skoda Fabia hit a tree on Bromley Lane on Tuesday, October 13. The 18-year-old was taken to Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham but sadly died four days later. In an emotional tribute, his mother said: “My gorgeous boy Nath taken way too soon. You lived your short life to the full. You are at peace now. "I would also like to thank the emergency services and the QE Hospital for saving his life and giving me the chance to say goodbye to him." Nathan Cartwright (Image: WMP) Joshua Parkes, the 21-year-old driver, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash, alongside passengers Lucy Tibbetts, 16, and another 16-year-old girl, who has not been officially named. A 16-year-old girl who was in the car at the time remains in hospital. Police have described her condition as stable. In the wake of the tragic news, a GoFundMe page has been set up to give Nathan "the send off he deserves".

People have also been paying their respects on social media. "So sad," one woman wrote. "May all those that lost their lives RIP." Another simply said: "RIP beautiful." A third wrote: "RIP Nathan, gone but never forgotten." Fundraisers were also launched in memory of the three other crash victims - with donations reaching almost £10,000 in total.
