Breaking News ! Police continue to investigate claims a mother was approached by a stranger who asked if he could 'buy her baby' in Brierley Hill. The shocking incident allegedly happened in The Promenade at around 8.30am on Tuesday, May 11. Police said the woman was walking along the street with a pram when a man asked to buy her baby before he blocked her path and tried to unbuckle the baby’s restraints. The brave mum is said to have turned the pushchair around and pushed the man away before leaving the scene. Neither she nor the baby were hurt during the incident.
